Adern is a software services company. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect personal information.

2. Information we collect

We collect:

• Contact information you give us via the contact form (name, email, phone, company, message).
• Project information shared during an engagement (briefs, files, credentials — handled under NDA).
• Technical data automatically captured (IP, browser, pages visited) for analytics and security.

3. How we use it

To respond to enquiries, deliver services, send invoices, send occasional product updates (you can opt out), and meet legal obligations.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies (session, security) and analytics cookies (anonymous traffic data). No third-party advertising trackers.

5. Sharing

We never sell your data. We may share it with: (a) sub-processors we use to operate (hosting, email — listed on request), (b) authorities if legally required.

6. Data retention

Contact-form messages are kept for 24 months. Project data is kept for the engagement plus 7 years for tax/audit. Anything else is deleted on request.

7. Your rights

HTTPS everywhere, encrypted backups, MFA for our team, and a written incident-response process.
